I really like this pillow. I have "adjusted" it twice, which is removing foam from inside the pillow. Very easy. For me at first, it was too firm. Now it is still full looking, but feels better to me when I sleep.

Provides excellent support with just the right amount of firmness yet still soft and and comfy. We had a different name brand mattress that developed sagging in the middle in less than 2 years. Went back to Sealy and no more back pain.
