Sealy never rests when looking for better sleep.
While Sealy strives to help the world sleep better, they also want the world to live better. Which is why they find various ways to support and make a difference to the community. Not only financially, but with an exceptional amount of time and energy. Sealy employees are dedicated to making a difference, in these charities and an evolving list of others.

Sealy also ask its employees and local industries to participate in a canned food collection challenge. In 2009, Sealy employees donated 300,000 cans of food and bottled water. In total, the Holiday Concert Challenge collected 670,435 cans of food for the Salvation Army.
