Warranty Claim:

Do you need to file a warranty claim? If so, please click here to answer a couple questions to help start the process. Please note, you will need copies of your sale receipt and bedding law label in order to fill out the form, so gather those before beginning.

Mattress Tip
Don’t flip it.

Because the comfort layers are all on one side, today’s Sealy Posturepedic mattresses do not need to be flipped. Instead, they should be rotated occasionally to help minimize body impressions in the upholstery layers. Remember, body impressions are a normal occurrence in new mattresses and indicate that the upholstery layers are conforming to your individual body contours. Sealy Posturepedic UniCased Edge design ensures that your mattress retains its shape and comfort year after year.

MythBuster
Myth: If you remove the law tag at the end of your mattress, the police will pay you a visit.

Fact: While you will NOT get arrested for removing the law tag, you should leave it attached because it serves as a means of identification to establish your warranty rights in the rare event any service need arises. Not to mention the fact that law tag labels prove authenticity, protecting consumers against fraudulent "copycat" mattresses.
